Donations made to OMID Foundation Canada are tax deductible in accordance with current laws for Canadian tax payers.

Unless funds are raised for a restricted use by Omid Foundation Canada, they will be used for programs that support marginalized young women and/or the foundation’s general operating expenses. Restricted funds which are raised in response to a specific fundraising campaign or explicitly designated by the donor to be used for a specified purpose will be used for the purpose for which they were given. In the unlikely event that the foundation either raises more money than can be reasonably and effectively spent for specific programs, or it is no longer possible to designate funds for the purpose for which they were given, the foundation will strive to use such residual funds for other programs that support marginalized young women.
